Portugal FAQ

  • Yes, yes and yes!! In comparison to 29 other countries Iโ€™ve visited, Portugal was the country my fiancee and I felt the safest to be who we were.

  • In Portugal, you can enjoy refreshing sips straight from the tap! The water is safe and revitalising, so bring your reusable bottle. Refill at any of the numerous fountains across the city, keeping yourself hydrated while supporting sustainability.

  • Travellers from the EU, the US, and many other countries can enjoy up to 90 days in the beautiful country without the need for a visa. Be sure to check specific requirements for your country before embarking on your Portugal holiday.

  • Portugal uses Type F for its power plugs, so itโ€™s a good idea to carry an adaptor to power up your devices when traveling to Portugal. Type F has two round pins that fit most European sockets. A top tip - carry a single extension cord and one adapter plug!
